Yeah.  Hmmmm.  Replay confirmed it, because they can't get involved with the illegally kicking the ball foul.  But, in real time, not sure how many, if anybody, could have recognized the kicking action, as opposed to simply contacting the ball while rolling over.

I give the C kudos for staying reasonably close, though.
