A4/10@A-48,   B80 makes a fair catch signal and then proceeds to muff the kick at the B-6. The muffed ball rolls into the EZ where A11 recovers it while grounded. Prior to the kick B1 is flagged for holding the A-49.  Ruling? 

 
A/4/20@A-15 Punter A2 shanks the kick right and at it quickly goes OB at the A-25.  B80 takes a cheep-shot at A40 at the A-22 and the umpire throws his flag. The umpire reports that the contact occurred during the kick.  Replay has IVE that the ball was clearly dead when the contact occurred.  Replay ruling?

Usually, theses questions have some element of complexity to them, but this one is so simple , I’m wondering what is the mystery. The pure and natural result of the down is a touchdown for Team A. They will obviously decline the penalty for the holding foul. A, Try, B-3, no clock (40 and running).

In the first question, there is nothing to decline, the 10-yard penalty of the non-scoring team is declined by rule.

Not officially reviewable, but can help through the O2O.  Also, the results seem pretty much the same anyway, as this would be a PSK foul if live ball... unless I'm missing something.

Is the 2nd one anything other than a 15 yard foul and ball now on the 40?

If U calls it during kick then that is what it is unless someone overrules. The question would be who can overrule that saw and didn’t then throw a flag?
