So the last game I was supposed to work next week got cancelled.
Now have to wait and see if I get assigned a playoff game.
I was pleasantly surprised last year, which was my first year as a clock operator, to get a playoff game.
I certainly was not expecting it, but it is nice to get recognized in your first year for doing a good job.
It certainly been a crazy 2020 for all us officials, I am just hoping it ends on a high note, not just for me, but for all my fellow officials.
And before I forget, hope all my fellow Texas Officials have a very Happy Thanksgiving with friends and loved ones.
