Actually it's just plain "sad".  unfortunately whining, complaining and refusing to accept your own shortcomings seems to be on the upswing, rather than simply accepting, the sometimes harsh reality of simply coming up short.  The intended lessons of acknowledging failure, resolving to adjust, correct and improve to possibly overcome are far too often replaced by the false promise of blaming lack of success on the behavior or actions of others. 

Both the exuberance of success, and the disappointment of failure are both earned primarily by our own response to the challenges we face, and how well, or poorly we respond to them.

Saw the article yesterday, UIL flatly rejected saying the officials are there by mutual consent of the schools.

TASO said they would review if they send something in.

Crew member watched the recording.  Said basically they were so used to just being the better athletes that things like discipline never mattered.

Also said what made the crew start to be racist in the 2nd half as they were imploding?

We’ve all had games that, somehow, end up very lopsided with respect to fouls called, and the makeup of either team have never had anything to do with it. I, personally, stand fully behind our brothers.
But, let’s all be very careful about what we post regarding this situation. Even those that may have communicated with members of the crew should probably keep those conversations confidential, at least until any review of the game is complete. Just my opinion, but let’s not let anything get misinterpreted or misconstrued.

Not sure who, or when, it was decided to ignore "Trash Talking" at the upper levels.  Unfortunately lower levels emulating bad behavior often lack the maturity to safely apply what they try and copy.  Eliminating needless "sparks" is a long proven method of preventing unpredictable FIRES. 

If LBJ, it's Coaching staff, Administration and the local NAACP Chapter are really looking for solutions, they might check their nearest mirrors, before looking elsewhere.

The game is on the NFHS Network. An interesting thing. With the game tied at 28 and under 4 minutes to play Austin had the ball two times with 4th and one situations at about their own 35 yard line. Instead of punting they went for it both times and didn't get a first down on either one thereby giving Lindale a short field twice. Lindale didn't get a first down the first time but after the second time of getting the ball with 35 yards to go Lindale kicked the field goal to win it.
