WATCHING VS "HONEY-DO" LIST........
« on: October 02, 2022, 04:25:41 PM »
Your fav is on TV, but you have other duties to do.....

SUPPLIES NEEDED : TV WITH MUTE BUTTON AND SATELLITE FED, PORTABLE RADIO THAT YOU CAN CARRY, WIFE THAT UNDERSTANDS  :)

DIRECTIONS :

(1) TV to your team's game, radio turned to your 'homer' coverage.
(2) tv, 8" behind action because of satellite feed vs radio's on true action.
(3) Try not to be beyond 8" of time taken to get back in view.
(4) See what you just heard on your radio  :)

OHH, the Patriots just lost their backup QB, and noe their backup to their backup to their backup is in  :'( :'( ....May be close to time for Law & Order reruns  :'( !

Tom Brady once was a backup and had to be put into the game.  Look how that turned out.

WOW !!!! The Patriot backup's backup took the Packers into OT !!! There was a 20" delay between my spiffy TV and my Clinton-Era transistor, so I had plenty

of notice of when to pay attention  :!# .By the way, the BJ falling asleep on the play clock helped as our rookie became the first rookie to throw a TD pass this year  :thumbup.

.....THE CHORES CAN WAIT UNTIL TOMMORROW  tR:oLl

It was stunning and unexpected! I thought it wouldn't work, but they did!

Welcome, Rider Jake, to our forum. I hope you'll find it both enjoyable and informative. The 'satellite delay' also works well in baseball. When your radio tells you that Judge, Big Papi, or whoever hits one out; you can stroll in frount of your TV and watch it in living color ! Basketball and ice hockey are too continuous to help much.

Thank you!
I haven't been listening to much radio lately, but I liked the idea of the delay.

I did see an ad for a radio that can sync up over the air radio with satellite TV but couldn't find it now...it's out there somewhere...
