Blanket UNS

At one time there was an interpretation for issuing an entire team a blanket UNS for each individual on the team.   Does anyone remember where that is?

Don’t have it at my fingertips, but that was in a bulletin some years ago, and was in a video review - either a weekly video, or a pre-season video. I’m pretty sure DeFee had to use it once, and I think Romeo used it, too. That should give you a time reference.
