I watched in real time, and don't recall a flag for anything. In my day, I don't believe any of my FBS coordinators would have wanted a flag for either action, and I don't think any would, today, either. A 'talk to' might be helpful for the future. With the culture as it is today, that would probably be ignored. But, if either of those actions were worst things happening when the Rules Committee developed the current UNS rules, we wouldn't have the current UNS rules. They needed to stop 'in your face' spikes, throwing the ball into the stands, climbing into the stands, obscene gestures (finger, crotch grab, etc.), and the overt "look at me" actions (diving, flipping, strutting at the goal line, etc.). We still see a few of those, once in a while, but, with the possibility of a live-ball foul taking away a score, they have become highly unusual-to-rare.
Naw, the pseudo spike and the hand slap with one spectator - nothing.
