Penalty Enforcement 2Q - Scrimmage kick
« on: September 27, 2024, 11:59:15 PM »
As time expired in 2Q...Team A kicks a successful FG from their own 30.

During the play - PF Roughing holder on Team B
After the play - UNSP on Team B.

If Team A wants to keep points, does Team A decline the PF Roughing holder?

Do both fouls carry over to kickoff in 3Q?

Carry over to the 3rd Period.  10-2-5-d is the rule reference.

Yep. If they don’t want 30 yards in penalties, learn to not commit stupid fouls.

10-2-5-d rule excerpt:

"Team A may accept the score with penalties for personal fouls and unsportsmanlike conduct fouls enforced on the succeeding kickoff or from the succeeding spot in extra periods."
