3rd and 10 at the A-30. Ball carrier A22 runs out of bounds at the A-30 for no gain. After he steps out, B17 commits a late hit out of bounds. During the run, A70 is called for holding.
Ruling?

Penalize the live ball foul first and then the dead ball. The hold will take the ball to the A-20 and then add 15 from there for the late hit. It'll be A 1st and 10 at the A-35.

Had this yesterday. We had OH on kickoff, at the 18. So at the 9. Then on 1/10 we had OH, followed by DB UNR. So ended up on the 19.5 with a first.
