Fouls on a punt
« on: September 30, 2025, 08:52:29 AM »
K lines up to punt. The ball is snapped as R12 is attempting to get off of the field on his sideline.
After the punt is received, there is a block in the back by R. On the tackle, there is spearing by K.
My contention is that since none of the fouls are PSK, and R didn't get the ball "with clean hands," the down should be replayed.

I would agree that this is a double foul scenario resulting in replaying the down.

Multiple live ball fouls, at least one by each team.  I agree that the only option here is replay the down.
