1st down, 4th down, try, 1st period, 4th period, extra period - what's the difference? None. False start. The guy lurches forward clearly before the snap begins, catches himself because he knows he started early, and then holds his position because the ball gets snapped just as he is catching himself. How could this possibly "generate discussion?" This is as no-brainer as no-brainer gets. The crew simply missed it for what it was, but got lucky in that the result was the same. No insult to the crew. That happens to everyone from time to time. But for training purposes this is excruciatingly simple. The only discussion here is that the wing simply must get this as a dead-ball false start. End of story.
