A question on intentional grounding: If the QB scrambles out of the pocket and then reverses field and goes back into the pocket, can he then ground the ball anywhere across the neutral zone without it being a foul? This was called as a grounding foul on Wisconsin in the game against OSU Saturday night and I wondered if it was correct. It looked like he got outside the tackle box and then went back in and threw it deep downfield.
