Can some direct me to articles and/or books about officiating?

I am from Canada so articles on rules and mechanics probably wont totally apply to me

I am looking for information more along the lines of general officiating i.e dealing with coaches, evaluating, mentoring etc...

I have already pulled info from the NASO.com, Officiating.com, and referee.com and I am aware of the books from those places.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Sounds like you've hit most of the resources that are out there.  In reality, there aren't a lot of books, magazines, etc. in existence.  Restrict it to Canadian rules and mechanics and you are probably limited to very little to none.  We're a niche market.  Web searching terms such as "football officiating" will probably get you more resources for free than you could actually purchase.

Beyond a subscription to Referee magazine, there isn't much left to find.  The NFHS and USA Football both stopped printing their magazines and you have to be a member to access them online.  That would start getting pricey for what little you might gain in information.

One thing I did do several years ago- I went on to eBay and Amazon and bought all the old books by NFL officials that I could find.  Used ones can be had for very little expense.  None of them will tell you much in the way of rules or mechanics but there are some good stories in them and you might pick up a tip or two on interaction.
