Summer Meeting

Anyone notice the note in the minutes of the Supervisors Summer Meeting (June 4-5) that said if a player's helmet comes off and he "quickly puts it back on" he may NOT participate in the play? According to the note this will be addressed in an upcoming Play Situations Bulletin. Just a heads up. The notes are on Arbiter

Yes and that was confirmed this past weekend by Big XII soup who said that is what is wanted and that there will be a bulletin addressing it before season starts.
