R/U coach's meeting attire

Does the CFO mandate what the R and U wear when they meet with the coaches pregame?  Are they supposed to be in uniform for this or can they be in suit/tie?

The 2012 book doesn't say.  I'm not sure if there in anything buried on the CFO website related to this.

I've always gone in uniform.

Dressing and doing a pre-game in a hotel doesn't leave much wiggle room to do it in anything but uniform.
