Seems like to me A68 earned at least 1 flag on the play. He grabs but few officials would call that Holding. As for the Hands to the Facemask. Looks like to me his hands are on the mask for at least a couple seconds and they cause the helmet to come off. Personally, I think that has to be called. I'm not criticizing the on field officials btw, I've missed plenty of calls in my career. The defensive player seems to cringe just before contact knowing he's about to take a serious blow to the head. He knows he shouldn't be in on this play so yes, I think it's exactly the kind of play the rule was meant to prevent. I doubt too many of the kids (and even coaches) know this rule though.
