VA Tech - Rutgers (TD or Safety)

I think it was the 2nd play fo VA Tech - Rutgers game.  Ruled a touchdown.  I have two questions...why no review?  Wasn't the QB down?

Saw that also, have to go with the theory that it was looked at and felt like it was a good call.  Not sure I agree but might not have seen all the views.

Knee was down before ball came out IMHO - safety and  ^flag on #12 defense late hit.

IR didn't overturn call as the video evidence wasn't conclusive the call on field was wrong

What do you have on #12 Defense?
I don't see him contacting anyone, just doing a little dancing as the ball is secured.

Sorry I couldn't see the number I guessed as the video cut - looking from a different angle its #37 D - you could even go so far as to flag him for targeting.

Looks to me the knee was down when the ball was on the ground at the goalline. Now since it never made it out completely I believe it should be a Safety!
I'm sure the ruling on the field was that he never regained possession but I believe he did!

I thought it was a safety, but wasn't sure if I was looking at that as an official, or through my maroon-and-orange colored glasses...  :)
