Ok so the recovery of the ball by A3 while he's on the ground can be considered a "run" that ended immediately? I recall a statement in the HS casebook to that effect but could never find the correlation statement in NCAA. Was hoping an AR to that effect would be in the book somewhere instead of only using 9-1-9.
I agree in c) that it's a fumble forward oob but now let's put him back at the A-45, same situation. Is it correct to assume that because touching precedes possession that make the ball dead immediately and therefore if we can't have possession that we can't have a run, even one that ends immediately?
